What I Help With

Life Transitions

Change can be difficult even when it is wanted. Therapy can provide room to understand where you are and consider what comes next.

Change and adjustment

Some changes are chosen; others are not.

Some changes are chosen; others are not. Even changes you want—a new job, a move, a new relationship, or becoming a parent—require adjustment. Other changes, such as the end of a relationship, the loss of someone important, or changes in health or family circumstances, may leave you trying to figure out what comes next.

You may be considering a significant change, navigating one now, or continuing to work through the effects of one that happened some time ago.

A place to think

Not every difficult circumstance has an easy answer.

Sometimes what is most useful is having a place to think out loud without being judged, receive thoughtful feedback from someone outside the situation, and have support while facing decisions, uncertainty, or circumstances that do not have an easy answer.
